If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, simply send us a photo within a few days of delivery and we’ll provide a free replacement or full refund. For hygiene and pet safety reasons, used pet beds, blankets, and toys cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
For unwanted items or change-of-mind returns, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. In these cases, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within a few business days.
